Below are some frequently asked questions and their answers that might be helpful for you to take a decision!

I don’t know about Logo Designing process. Which package should I choose?

Choose the most nearest package that fulfills your needs. Or ask us for instant quote and we will guide you through the rest of the process.

How long does it take to create initial samples?

We will send you initial samples of your logo to your given email address within 2-3 days, we will also upload them on our secure server so you can review your designs any time.

Can I ask for more samples beside those of ‘initial samples’?

Yes you can. If you will not be happy with the initial designs we will provide you more samples.

How many revisions will I get?

We offer up-to 4 revisions on selected logo from initial logo sample.

What if I am not happy with the design?

It has never happened that we have not been able to satisfy any client’s requirement. However, in case you are unhappy, we will issue you a prompt refund.

I have just made a payment, what’s next?

It may take us up-to 24 hrs to verify the payment and one of our project managers will get in touch with you as soon as the order is verified. In case you do not hear from us within 48 hrs of making payment, please send an email to support@logodesignsmith.com or call us at +1.937.684.8845

Are the images used in my logo licensed?

Yes, we hate piracy too! All images used inside your logo will be licensed images.

How will we communicate?

We communicate over Email, Phone, Instant Messengers (gTalk, MSN, Skype, AOL and Yahoo).

What’s your typical turnaround time on projects?

We offer overnight service (express service) and regular service. The turnaround time on overnight service is 12 hrs and for regular service is 24 hrs.

Provided the communication with the client is regular, for regular orders we try our best to finish up a logo project in 3 to 5 days.

Why do you charge higher for express service?

Express service involves additional management overhead for where we need to reallocate resources and ensure that quality does not suffer because of having lesser time. Our costs also increase because our designers decide to stay back and deliver the job for which they need to be rewarded. Because of these facts, the pricing for express service is higher.

What if I am ordering logo for my client, do you provide any white label service?

Yes. We respect your privacy and business rules. We will provide you the source files in which you will be able to change the names.

I already have a logo for my business, can I still hire you guys?

Yes. Our service model can be applied in same manner to logo redesign projects as for new design projects.

Do you use freelancers?

No. Any designer that will ever work on your project will be our full time employee – that is the only way we know to ensure quality and timely delivery.

As soon as your payment has been verified, we will allocate you a account  manager who will serve as your primary point of communication and ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.

Can I get different parts of my logo separately?

Elements from the finalized logo (symbols, text, icons, background, tag lines) may be requested separately at an additional cost.

Do you offer a refund if I'm not happy?

Yes. If you are not happy with the work then we will issue you a prompt refund.

Do you offer volume discounts?
