Corporate logo designing is one step ahead of just the concept of logo designing. In corporate logo designing, the corporate touch is always emphasized by the overall aesthetic appearance. Of course, it is the job of aesthetically sound graphic artists to create such self explanatory designs and types that communicate the real perceived image of the organization. A general trend is observed to be having logo-types (typography based logos) by most of the corporate sector organizations. A good, expressive corporate logo should have a combination of ingredients, such as:

• Colors that have a corporate impression
• Design that would look understandable at different sizes i.e. letterheads, visiting cards etc.

Logo designs for corporations build the visual brand identity of the companies and so, can be a reason for consumers’ preference in addition to other elements that a consumer would consciously or subconsciously take into consideration while evaluating any brand. This implies that more of value is to be assigned to the selection and use of a particular logo, in context to the nature of the business of the company.
